Cuerp(0) potencial / Potential B(0)dy

An ongoing series of dismembered anatomical drawings made from memory and freehand lines done with eyes closed. The anatomical drawings of hands and eyes appear floating in space, not forming a recognizable body, but suggesting one or more presences in a potential state. An exploration of my cognitive and muscular memory, around my education in technical drawing, in contrast to the expressionism of body strokes. Each drawing is made with several layers of translucent paper on a skin-colored background drawn with colored pencil on cotton paper.
